As Carers, we don't always take the time for ourselves to relax. This needle felting workshop offers you just that, in the form of a therapeutic creative activity.

The workshop will run from 12 pm- 2pm for 2 hours.

Participants have the chance to engage in the activities to express themselves and reduce any anxieties they had prior. During the activity, participants can learn how to needle felt by making pumpkins.

All equipment will be provided by the facilitators.

Only 15 spaces are available for the workshop.

Teas and coffees are available free of purchase.
