As Carers, we don't always take the time for ourselves to relax. This needle felting workshop offers you just that, in the form of a therapeutic creative activity.

The workshop will run from 12 pm, participants can stay for either the entire duration or just 10 minutes of the sessions.

Participants have the chance to engage in the activities to express themselves and reduce any anxieties they had prior. In the activity, you will be creating your own oil candles with various items and scents.
